About Us
In February 1995 the CU Center, Inc. was formed by Guardians CU, First Choice Credit Union, and Gold Coast Federal Credit Union as a dedicated Shared Service facility offering teller services to over 1500 Credit Unions through the SS4CU/ CO-OP Networks. The CU Center also provides Collections Services, Accounting Services, and full member services to the members of the two owner credit unions.

The CU Center is conveniently located in the D Building, Suite 101 on the Southwest corner of Military Trail and Northlake Boulevard in the Northlake Corporate Park behind the Shell Gas Station in short reach from either I95 or the FL Turnpike.
From the FL Turnpike:
- Take exit 107 for the Beeline Hwy. Turn right (north) on N Jog Rd drive ¼ mile to Northlake Blvd. Make a right on Northlake heading east. CU Center is located on the corner of Northlake Blvd and Military Trail in the southwest corner of the Northlake Corporate Park.
From I95:
- Take exit 77 for Northlake Blvd head west to Military Trail getting into the right most of the left turning lanes. Turn south on Military Trail in 500 feet make a right into Northlake Corporate Park. Drive straight ahead to the west end of the park, make a right, and drive straight ahead to the northwest corner of the park. CU Center will be on the right.

As a member of a shared branch participating credit union, you have access to over 7,000 locations to conduct your basic financial transactions. Shared branching is the network of credit unions sharing their branches to fulfill the credit union mission of people helping people. Shared branching is a win-win for the shared branching network, the credit unions and their valued members.
is the Florida credit unions regional shared branch network connecting Florida credit unions to the national network, CO-OP Shared Branch. There are 23 networks in total that support the credit unions nationwide at a regional level.

Does my credit union participate in shared branching?
Discovering whether your credit union participates in shared branching is easy.
Click on ‘Find a branch’ to the left, choose ‘Does My CU Participate?’, key in your credit union’s name and hit Search. To find a shared branch location near you is just as simple. Click on ‘Simple’, key in your zip code or your address (for a more accurate list) and hit Search.
Shared Branching gives you access to more than 5,000 credit union branches and more than 2,000 self-service Vcom kiosks.
What does the competition look like?
One measure known to the industry are the number of branches a financial institution has available to its customers/members. Below are some you might recognize. Shared Branching puts the credit union in #3 for number of branches.
